While Tapping may be a new approach to weight management, Clinical Research Trials into EFT show all of the above benefits. Amazingly, improvements increase over time (which is amazing considering the failure rates of diets). A recent University Trial (in publication) showed tapping worked better than Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) which is the current gold-standard for weight management. It’s funny that research tells us that the “normal” approach doesn’t work, whereas the “alternative” one does.

Tapping is based on Acupressure (Acupuncture, but without the needles). It is called ‘Tapping’ as you are tapping on acupressure points. From an Eastern Philosophy, this helps you release blocked energy in your Meridians. But from a Western Scientific view, we know Tapping has amazing effects on your brain.
